Job summary

Staff Connect UAE in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT and digital delivery, bridging business goals with technical teams, running Agile ceremonies, and ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality commitments are met.

You will report to senior stakeholders, manage risks and vendors, and collaborate with product owners to elicit requirements and deliver a fit-for-purpose solution in fast-moving financial technology projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering IT/digital projects end to end.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and hybrid methods.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into deliverable plans and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT and digital initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and governance.
• Build and maintain integrated plans, roadmaps and risk registers.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, invoices and vendor performance.
• Run Agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices.
• Report progress to executives with clear dashboards and metrics.
