Job summary

Immersive Labs in the UAE is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead cybersecurity pre-sales and post-sales activities across the METNA region. You will work with Enterprise Sales to secure technical wins, build executive relationships, and drive platform adoption of Immersive One.

You will partner across teams, remain hands-on, and act as a trusted advisor from pre-sale through delivery, ensuring customer success and maturity in cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
• Extensive client facing experience.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware, software, networks).
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux, security tools and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading technical presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Industry qualifications such as CISSP would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and help define customers' technical requirements and use-cases to align Immersive Lab’s value proposition.
• Engage executives and security professionals through demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Act as a security advisor throughout the sales cycle and measure organizational risk.
• Partner with customers to understand and achieve business and cybersecurity outcomes.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience programmatically.
• Deliver Executive Business Reviews to drive account health and expansion opportunities.
• Advise on improvements to current programs and suggest new initiatives.
• Drive adoption to maximize value of Immersive One Platform.
• Remain informed on evolving threats and technologies in the cybersecurity space.
