Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Pre-Sales & Solutions Consultant for SOC/MXDR/EDR in the UAE. You will engage with CISOs and security teams, translate business needs into practical security architectures, and support both market development and client delivery.

You will lead discovery sessions, design solutions, deliver PoCs, and assist with RFP/RFI responses while staying hands-on in delivery engagements across Cyber Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in cybersecurity pre-sales and solution architecture.
• Experience with SOC operations, MDR/MXDR, and managed security services.
• Hands-on delivery experience across security tooling and deployments.
• Ability to run discovery sessions, design architectures, and prepare PoCs.
• Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Sales and Solutions Consulting across SOC and MXDR services.
• Conduct client discovery to understand environments, challenges and objectives.
• Design and propose SOC/MDR/EDR/XDR, SIEM, and threat detection solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and PoCs to clients.
• Translate requirements into technical architectures, SOWs, and delivery plans.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and commercial discussions.
• Provide hands-on delivery input during client meetings and engagements.
• Contribute to pipeline generation and market development KPIs.
• Stay current on emerging security technologies and trends.
