Global Payments is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (English, Spanish or French) in Dubai to guide mid to large clients through onboarding and ongoing success. The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic loyalty program configuration, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer outcomes.

You will mentor junior CSMs, drive retention, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with support and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, or account management in SaaS/tech startups.
• Masters degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to configure software platforms and learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish or French is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding for mid to large clients and manage ongoing relationships as the primary contact.
• Guide customers through onboarding and define loyalty program setup in the platform backend.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Configure, test, and maintain loyalty campaigns, rewards, and rules to align with customer objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling features or higher-tier plans.
