Qualifikationen

• Experience in the Payments industry.
• Must be currently authorized to work in Dubai on a full-time basis.

• Establish and deliver a consistent, scalable Customer Success approach across a growing set of accounts.
• Support customer onboarding and early target engagement to ensure quick value realization.
• Proactively engage customers to guide adoption and strengthen lifecycle relationships.
• Identify risks in new or transitioning accounts and drive actions to improve retention.
• Use account insights to identify growth opportunities and partner with sales on commercial conversations.
• Coordinate internal account teams to support onboarding and long-term success.
• Achieve performance metrics including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution.
