Job summary

S&P Global Energy is seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional for the EMEA team in Dubai. You will onboard customers, deliver remote and in-person training, and tailor sessions to customer workflows while building trusted relationships.

You will monitor customer data in Gainsight, collaborate across functions, and translate insights into actions that drive adoption and value. Fluency in Russian and English is required, with travel to meet clients as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Gainsight or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Energy, commodities or finance industry knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Russian.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and conduct remote and in-person training sessions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Monitor customer data to identify opportunities for engagement and value creation.
• Act as a trusted advisor with insights to improve customer experience.
• Capture customer engagement activities in Gainsight and collaborate cross-functionally.
