Bybit Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced User Reach & Lifecycle lead to drive data-driven personalization and automated engagement across channels. You will own lifecycle strategies—from registration to reactivation—while guiding cross‑functional teams in Product, Data and Algorithm to deliver measurable growth.

The role requires deep crypto experience, strong leadership, and the ability to scale engagement at a global, fast-moving crypto platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in crypto exchanges.
• Proven experience in personalization, recommendation systems, CRM, or algorithm-driven growth.
• Exceptional data sense and analytical thinking with funnel experience.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading behaviours and products.
• Hands-on experience building automated engagement frameworks.
• Previous people management experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• English and Chinese fluency; based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead user reach and lifecycle initiatives across engagement channels.
• Develop segmentation, personalization, and recommendation logic.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Algorithm teams on profiling and rules.
• Design automated engagement scenarios and cross-channel orchestration.
• Establish KPIs, run experiments, and drive measurable growth.
• Own complex cross-functional programs from ideation to execution.
