Bybit is seeking a growth and product operations leader to own lifecycle-driven growth strategies across the platform’s core products. You will optimize onboarding, activation, and engagement with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, partnering with Product, Data, Marketing, and regional teams to maximize user lifetime value.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, hands-on experimentation, and a global, collaborative environment that supports continuous growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth or product operations with measurable results.
• Fluent English and ability to drive execution in a global team.
• Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience; strong reasoning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own growth-oriented product operations and strategy for core platform products.
• Drive user trading growth through lifecycle optimization, segmentation, and personalized experiences.
• Design and ship lifecycle programs for activation, engagement, and winback.
• Lead design and iteration of trading-driving product mechanisms, such as tasks, tiers, perks, and content.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, Algorithm, and regional teams to embed lifecycle strategies.
