Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking an experienced User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to oversee global lifecycle campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive activation, retention, and conversion through personalized onboarding and targeted engagement.

You will lead AB testing, funnel analytics, and segmentation, and design referral and loyalty programs to fuel organic growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internet industry with 3+ years in senior growth roles.
• Experience leading growth projects with a systematic framework and methodology.
• Strong data-driven thinking and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding optimization with personalized campaigns to boost activation and first-time transactions.
• Develop lifecycle management, segmentation, and membership programs to drive repeat purchases.
• Design referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic growth.
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation to optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle strategies.
• Utilize data insights to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions.
• Stay informed on product features and user pain points.
