Job summary

Bybit is seeking a highly driven Growth Operations Lead to join its Earn & Wealth team in Abu Dhabi. You will scale user acquisition, engagement, and assets growth across Savings, Staking, Dual Investment and Launchpool.

You will combine market insights, user behavior analysis and data-driven execution to build scalable growth systems and optimize performance. Collaboration with Product, Finance, and BD is essential to monetization and GTM for new launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience in internet/fintech/crypto.
• Strong knowledge of crypto financial products.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel and BI tools.
• Fluent English and Chinese communications.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategies and lifecycle optimization.
• Segment users and manage lifecycle campaigns.
• Build dashboards for AUM, ARPU, conversion and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance and BD.
