Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Global Campaign Lead to own strategy and execution of global campaigns across the platform from Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep crypto market understanding, active trading experience, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives; you will collaborate with Product, Growth, Brand, Data, and regional teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or campaign operations in crypto/fintech sectors.
• Proven user lifecycle management including activation, retention and cross-sell.
• Active trading experience with diverse product exposure.
• Fluent English and Chinese; based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Own global campaigns end-to-end from strategy to performance review.
• Lead platform initiatives like trading competitions, product launches, asset campaigns.
• Build campaigns around user lifecycle: activation, engagement, retention, reactivation.
• Identify opportunities from market movements and user behavior for campaigns.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities matching user needs with products.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Brand, BD, Data, and Regional teams.
• Measure campaign performance by active traders, volume, revenue, adoption, retention, ROI.
