Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant crypto-exchange experience.
• Proven ability to design personalized engagement strategies.
• Strong data sense with segmentation and funnel analysis.
• Understanding of crypto trading behaviours and products.
• Experience building automated lifecycle frameworks.
• Prior people management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle management, from registration to retention and reactivation.
• Segment users by behavior and assets to tailor campaigns.
• Optimize lifecycle funnels to improve trading activity and long-term value.
• Design personalized recommendations and engagement rules.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Algorithm teams on profiling and decision logic.
• Drive cross-channel automated reach across Push, Email, In-App, and other channels.
• Build and scale lifecycle initiatives with measurable business impact.
