Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior relationship leader to grow and manage large client portfolios. You will originate opportunities, coordinate with product, risk, and regulatory teams, and drive revenue while maintaining credit quality and client satisfaction.

Minimum 12+ years in banking with strong wholesale banking knowledge and leadership capabilities are required. A MBA is preferred and you will lead strategic alliances and drive cross-border opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale banking and credit processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
