STRUCTURAL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple concrete repair and maintenance projects. You will coordinate with field teams, designers, and clients to manage budgets, schedules, and change orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requires 5+ years in construction management or civil engineering, and proven ability to lead 3–6 projects simultaneously. Travel and field leadership are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–6 projects concurrently at any given time
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and change orders to keep projects on track
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and margins across multiple projects
• Ensure safety culture and quality control on all sites
