Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead self-performed repair and restoration projects across UAE, with occasional travel to Dubai. You will oversee schedules, budgets, safety, and quality while mentoring project teams and coordinating with estimators and sales on bids.

The role requires a Civil/Structural or construction management degree and 5–12 years in commercial construction or restoration, with strong English communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a civil/structural or construction management background and strong project management skills.
• Experience leading complex repair/restoration construction projects is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profitability and track project financials.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with estimators and sales to review bids and proposals.
• Assess risk on managed projects and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure safety and quality control on all projects.
