Job summary

STRUCTURAL in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE and GCC. Based in Abu Dhabi with potential Dubai assignments, you will lead project teams and coordinate with estimators and sales to review bids and proposals, ensuring on-time delivery and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has a civil/structural engineering or construction management background, 3+ years in commercial construction/restoration, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience within the commercial construction and/or restoration industry.
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects.
• Experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair and/or historic restoration.

Responsibilities

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with internal contracts teams.
• Developing and managing schedules with field leadership.
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
• Providing leadership, mentorship and supervision to PMs, Field Managers, PM Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Working with estimators and sales teams to review bids and develop proposals.
• Evaluating risk and loss exposure on projects managed.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.
