Job summary

STRUCTURAL, Abu Dhabi-based, is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE and GCC. You will manage self-performed work, develop schedules with field leaders, and oversee project financials while mentoring project teams and coordinating with estimators and sales.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years in commercial construction/restoration, excellent English, and prefers Arabic. UAE location with GCC travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Arabic language ability preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to manage construction projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with contracts teams as needed.
• Developing and managing schedules with field leadership.
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to PMs and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with estimators and sales to review bids and proposals.
• Evaluating risk and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring safety and quality control on all projects.
