Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi with potential support in Dubai. You will manage complex repair and restoration projects, develop schedules, oversee budgets, and lead project teams to successful, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management with 5–12 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and Arabic language ability is preferred. Travel within the GCC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management or related field.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with contracts teams.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and project finances.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales on bids and proposals.
• Assess risk and maintain customer relationships.
• Ensure safety and quality control on all projects.
