Job summary

STRUCTURAL is recruiting a Project Manager for its Abu Dhabi office, with potential to support projects in Dubai. You will manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects and lead teams including Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Structural or construction management degree, 5–12 years of experience in commercial construction/restoration, and English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Ability to speak and write in English; Arabic preferred.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects and budgets.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair or historic restoration.
• Strong leadership to train and mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal teams as needed.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and project financials.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Estimators and Sales to review bids and develop proposals.
• Evaluate risk and loss exposure on projects managed.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality control on all projects.
