Job summary

STRUCTURAL is recruiting a Project Manager to be based in our Abu Dhabi office, with potential to support projects in Dubai. You will manage complex repair/restoration projects across the UAE and GCC, leading teams to deliver on-time, within budget, and to safety standards.

You will coordinate with contracts, estimators and sales teams while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Arabic skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or construction management or related field.
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in commercial construction/restoration.
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair or historic restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Estimators and Sales teams on bids and proposals.
• Evaluate risk and loss exposure on managed projects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality control on all projects.
