You will oversee all phases, from planning to completion, including managing employees, subcontractors, owner relations, quality control, safety, and schedules within the project budget.

Strong leadership and on-site decision making are essential to deliver objectives on time and within funding constraints.

Qualifications

• This role requires managing construction projects and directing teams on-site.
• Experience with safety, quality control, scheduling, and budget execution is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for the projects assigned to ensure objectives are accomplished safely within prescribed funding and scheduling parameters.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and report project costs, progress, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and General Superintendent the allocation of shared resources.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
