Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead PMC construction teams on a major EPC project in the UAE. You will ensure safe delivery, coordinate construction activities, and oversee compliance with HSSEQ, quality and schedule requirements.

ADNOC project experience, FEED/EPC background and Brownfield experience are essential. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in engineering and 20+ years in FEED/EPC execution, with GCC region exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• ADNOC project experience required.
• FEED/EPC experience required.
• Brownfield experience required.
• GCC region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and drive HSSEQ.
• Coordinate all Construction activities for the Project.
• Review contractor procedures, method statements and drawings for compliance.
• Monitor construction site progress against the project schedule and report delays.
• Ensure constructability input is provided from FEED through EPC.
• Verify close-out dossiers and handover documentation meet owner requirements.
