Job summary

Worley is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead PMC services on mega oil & gas projects in the UAE. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, and optimize cost, schedule, and quality across EPC/FEED activities.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in the oil & gas sector, with strong FEED/EPC and PMC experience, plus offshore exposure. This role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and delivering value to the Owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (4-year program) required.
• 20+ years of oil & gas experience.
• 5+ years in a similar position on mega O&G projects.
• Experience in FEED & EPC projects and PMC roles.
• Offshore project experience preferred; ADNOC exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and HSSEQ objectives.
• Lead PMC activities and coordinate with EPC/FEED Contractor and Owner.
• Manage project scope, cost and schedule baselines and change control.
• Attend project kick-off and regular progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality procedures and compliance with statutory requirements.
