Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced professional to oversee EPC/FEED contract administration in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing contracts, procurement activities, and ensuring adherence to the Project Execution Strategy.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, with ADNOC experience and GCC regional exposure. You will lead a team and coordinate with owners and PMC to drive safe, compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience, including at least 5 years in GCC region.
• Experience in FEED & EPC phases is required and familiarity with PMC roles.
• ADNOC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Comply with company policies and contracts and procurement work processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve contracting issues during EPC/FEED phase.
• Review EPC/FEED Contract Baseline and requirements; comment on division of responsibilities and management documents.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and monitor potential insurance claims.
• Prepare and issue monthly Subcontract Administration Reports and Owner-facing EPC/FEED Contract Administration reports.
• Manage contract changes, variations, amendments, and close-out procedures.
