Job summary

Penspen www.penspen.com is looking for a Construction Manager to lead a large EPC Oil & Gas project for a reputed client in the UAE.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 20+ years in Oil & Gas EPC roles, brownfield exposure, and ADNOC experience. Live plant modifications and shutdowns require a proven track record in FEED/EPC contracts.

Qualifications

• An Engineering Degree preferably from Mechanical or Civil background.
• 20+ years of experience in which minimum 10 years in the Oil and Gas EPC projects on the similar role.
• Experience in handling large EPC project in brownfield sector.
• Good experience in the brownfield modifications, live plant upgrades, tie-ins, and shutdown execution.
• Proven track record in executing FEED/EPC contracts and managing brownfield interventions with minimal disruption to live plant operations.
• ADNOC experience is mandatory.
