Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer to provide construction support across the project life cycle, ensuring work aligns with client fabrication and installation specs. You will coordinate with the client to clarify methods and support project engineers throughout all phases.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in oil & gas, offshore experience, ADNOC project exposure, and a proven ability to lead safety and multi-discipline collaboration in a demanding GCC environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safety leadership and performance.
• 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in GCC region.
• At least 3 years in a similar senior position on international major projects.
• ADNOC project experience required; offshore experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction support and ensure work complies with fabrication and installation specifications.
• Coordinate with client to optimise construction methods and avoid rework.
• Chair constructability reviews and act as the interface for fabrication and construction queries.
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with procurement and construction groups.
• Ensure timely IFC construction comments and address offshore surveys with design team.
• Promote cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
