Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Construction Engineer to oversee construction activities across facilities. You will coordinate with clients, drive constructability reviews, and ensure workpacks, fabrication, and installation meet project standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochem, and preferred GCC/ADNOC offshore project exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university.
Minimum 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry experience.
Minimum 5 years in GCC region preferred.
ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred.
Experience in FEED & EPC phases required.
Brown field construction experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide construction support ensuring work aligns with client fabrication and installation specs.
Coordinate with client to ensure methods are understood and fit for purpose.
Chair constructability reviews and interface with client on fabrication and construction queries.
Develop and maintain familiarity with project workload and construction capabilities.
Ensure workpacks include testing requirements, equipment, and clear fabrication details.
Liaise with project engineers and disciplines to resolve fabrication and execution queries.
Oversee offshore surveys and ensure timely IFC construction feedback from client.
