Job summary

Worley is seeking a Pipeline Supervisor to lead and coordinate pipeline construction activities for oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise onshore and offshore works, ensure alignment with approved drawings, and coordinate with welding, QA/QC, and NDT teams to meet project standards.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with 10+ years in Oil & Gas, GCC experience, and familiarity with ADNOC specifications. Strong HSE leadership and communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited institute.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum five (5) years in GCC; experience in pipeline supervision preferred.
• Experience in ADNOC or similar GCC Oil & Gas projects is highly required and familiarity with ASME B31.4, B31.8, API, ASTM standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day pipeline construction and installation activities onshore and offshore.
• Coordinate pipeline activities including welding, NDT, coating, hydrotesting, and pre-commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, method statements, ITPs, and ADNOC specifications.
• Monitor welding activities and ensure adherence to WPS/PQR and procedures.
• Coordinate with multiple teams for interface activities and brownfield/SIMOPS considerations.
• Maintain safety culture and enforce PTW, JSA/JHA and other HSE requirements.
