Job summary

Innovo Group is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage and optimize contract creation, review, and negotiation for construction projects in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and maintain thorough documentation across all contract activities.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in contract management within construction, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and contract law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in Contract Management in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts and agreements to align with policies and project requirements.
• Finalize subcontracts in line with the procurement plan.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure contracts comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks to protect the company.
• Maintain organized records of all contractual documents and changes.
• Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, finance, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status and procurement activities.
• Assist in supplier and subcontractor selection based on price, quality, and performance.
• Address conflicts and disputes to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to HSE & Quality policies and procedures.
