Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to manage construction contracts, document control, and compliance with terms. You will coordinate with project teams to track milestones, variations and notices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5–8 years in contract administration, preferably in construction with UAE/GCC experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (construction/engineering/business).
• 5–8 years of contract administration experience.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC contractual documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction and development contracts in accordance with terms and conditions.
• Maintain and manage contract documentation, correspondence, approvals, notices, and records.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related commercial documents for compliance with terms.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables and key dates.
• Prepare and issue contractual notices, letters, instructions and other formal correspondence.
• Maintain contract register, track status, expiry dates, amendments, bonds, guarantees, and insurance requirements.
• Review variations, change orders, EOT, claims and related documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants, contractors, procurement, finance and legal teams on contractual matters.
• Review contractor submissions for contractual compliance and assist in payment applications and valuations.
• Assist in preparing records for claims, disputes, delays, and potential contractual issues.
• Monitor adherence to procedures and deadlines; ensure thorough project documentation.
• Support negotiations and amendments with senior commercial and legal teams.
