Confidential in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Contracts Specialist to review, analyze, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders in line with company policies and UAE laws.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least five years in contract administration, with fluency in English and strong drafting, negotiation, and risk-management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract administration or contract engineering within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience in utility contracts, steel erection, or facility management projects is an added advantage.
• Fluency in English with strong drafting and reporting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and change orders to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE laws.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements with back-to-back clauses.
• Monitor contract compliance across all project phases and highlight potential issues or disputes.
• Draft and issue contract-related correspondence, notices, and claims, including Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Collaborate with the legal and project management teams to resolve contractual matters efficiently.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations, project milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide contractual guidance to project teams to promote compliance and awareness.
