Job summary

Innovo Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Site Engineer to supervise direct site work, coordinate with main and subcontractors, and support the project engineer in daily duties. You will ensure safety compliance, monitor quality, and interpret drawings and specs to drive on-site progress.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years in industrial, commercial, or residential construction, with knowledge of civil and structural codes, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in industrial, commercial, or residential construction.
• Knowledge of civil and structural codes.
• Familiarity with project-specific codes; strong technical background in industrial environments.
• Able to manage a multinational workforce.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building work.
• Survey sites.
• Solve problems and provide technical advice.
• Check and prepare site reports.
• Liaise with other engineers, surveyors, clients and sub-contractors.
• Aware with all project drawings and specifications.
• Read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
• Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
• Report all violations and resolved on time
• Effective implementation of HSE Management system as per HSE procedures
