Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of relevant quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
• Experience with leading UAE building contractors is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of contracts, BOQs, take-offs, cost estimation, variation management, and final accounts.
• Experience in subcontractor management, interim payments, and cost control.
• Good understanding of UAE construction practices and contractual procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software; ERP exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor costs against budgets and flag overruns.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and progress reports.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and ensure cost recovery.
• Coordinate with project team on commercial matters and reporting.
