Qualifikationen

• BSc in Civil, Architectural, or Quantity Survey Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in contracts related to construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of legal requirements involved in contracts.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with various contract types, preferably FIDIC contracts.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, manage, and review contracts for construction projects in alignment with company policies and project specs.
• Negotiate contract terms with internal and external partners.
• Explain contract terms to managers and ensure understanding and compliance.
• Analyze risks and coordinate with the legal department on changes or deadlines.
• Identify, prepare, submit, and negotiate claims and variation orders as required.
• Maintain an organized system for physical and digital records and ensure language consistency in contracts.
