About the job Business Development Manager

Our client is a leading construction company with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

To identify & develop relationships with new customers, achieve new business revenue targets, attract new business, develop customer loyalty and ensure branding of the company.

Reporting to: CEO

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare the Strategic Business Development Plan with specific business targets for
• construction projects and prepare the annual work plan.
• To survey the market for identifying and analysing construction projects needs of clients and maximizing the opportunities of getting projects especially health care and educational.
• To forecast long and short-range market potential for Management's analysis.
• To develop and implement strategies for achieving the business targets in terms of getting
• construction projects as per Business Development Plan.
• To develop and strengthen coordination and liaison with potential clients in the market and attracting for construction projects.
• To maintain long terms relations with clients even after getting the projects to ensure sustainable relations and customer satisfaction.
• To develop the corporate brand strategy and prepare marketing broachers and relevant material integral for company's marketing.
• To develop and maintain media relations and advertising and disseminating the company's image in the market.
• To work on identifying the Joint Venture opportunities and submit the feasibility and plans for the management.
• To identify and training needs of relevant departments and impart training for their capacity building.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Business Development & Marketing background, PMP is desirable
• Able to work under pressure with client, good client relations
• Must have experience in HRIS / IT, MS Office
• Open for all nationalities based in UAE now
• Must have at least 10 years work experience in Construction Industry in a comparable role
• Experience in Healthcare/ Hospital/ Medical Construction Projects preferred, will also consider mixed use project experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary to be used as a guide only and will depend on experience and interview performance
• As a guide 20 – 30k AED per month total package
