Job summary

DD Group, a Dubai-based renovation and construction company, is hiring a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business in commercial construction and fit-out projects. The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, and expanding the company’s presence across hospitality, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.

The candidate must have UAE construction BD experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE construction business development experience is mandatory.
• Experience in commercial construction and fit-out projects.
• Exposure to hotel, hospitality, retail, and shop fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate new outbound business opportunities and identify qualified commercial leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
• Promote the company’s commercial construction and fit-out services.
• Identify new projects within hospitality, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.
• Conduct networking activities to expand business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
