Job summary

Dubai Holding seeks a Senior Supervisor - Community Management to facilitate liaison between DHCM and owners/tenants. You will ensure timely service charge collection, monitor community conditions, and address issues to deliver quality customer service and maintain living standards within DHCM communities.

The role requires 5+ years in community/property management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, property management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional interpersonal interactions and problem-solving ability.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/tenants and respond to inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Investigate issues, follow up actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate residents on community rules and regulations for compliance.
• Assist the Community Manager in coordinating with authorities and local bodies.
• Oversee service charge collection to ensure funding for services.
• Contribute to budgeting for assigned communities with the Community Manager.
• Perform site inspections to monitor assets, services, and SLA compliance.
• Log and track all complaints; ensure timely resolution and documentation.
