Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) is seeking a Senior Supervisor – Community Management to lead operations across multiple communities in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining high service quality, enforcing rules, and coordinating with local authorities to ensure safe, well-managed districts.

The ideal candidate will hold an engineering degree, bring at least two years of related experience, and demonstrate strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, property management or customer service.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Time management, priority setting and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints from owners/tenants promptly.
• Investigate issues and ensure customer satisfaction or escalate through proper channels.
• Educate owners and tenants on DHCM rules and regulations.
• Assist the Community Manager in liaising with authorities and communities.
• Oversee service charge collection and budgeting input with the Community Manager.
• Perform site inspections and monitor service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Issue NOLs and update owner contacts for service communications.
• Prepare reports and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
