Job summary

Dubai Holding invites applications for a Senior Supervisor – Community Management to lead relations with owners and tenants, supervise service delivery, and ensure compliance across multiple Dubai communities. The role requires a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, 2+ years in community/property management, and strong project management and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, property management, or customer service
• Proven project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints from owners/tenants in a timely manner with excellent customer service
• Investigate and address customer issues, coordinating with authorities as needed
• Assist Community Manager and coordinate with local authorities to resolve daily community issues
• Oversee service charge collection, budgeting support, and SLA adherence
• Perform regular site inspections and monitor third-party service providers
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting are maintained timely and accurately
