Qualifications

• Higher education in business administration is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in community or property management.
• Experience in customer service and handling inquiries is essential.
• Knowledge of local regulations (RERA) is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to represent owners and tenants’ concerns and address inquiries promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from owners/tenants in a timely manner.
• Investigate complaints to identify issues and ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues through proper channels.
• Educate owners and tenants about community rules and regulations.
