Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management (DCM) is seeking a Supervisor Community Management to oversee operations, customer relations, and compliance across its prestigious Dubai communities. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, budget coordination, and ensuring service quality.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business administration and at least 3 years in community or property management, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and HSE practices.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, property management, or customer service.
• Knowledge of Facility Management, Community Operations and Landscape Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to represent owners and tenants’ concerns and address inquiries promptly.
• Educate owners and tenants about community rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with local authorities and manage OC related activities per RERA requirements.
• Coordinate service charge collection and budgeting with stakeholders.
• Perform site inspections and monitor SLA compliance with third-party providers.
• Maintain incident and progress reports and ensure confidentiality as required.
• Issue No Objection Letters (NOLs) and update owner contact records.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures are followed in daily tasks.
