Job summary

Gulfa Mineral Water and Processing Industries LLC is seeking an experienced HORECA Sales Manager to oversee daily sales operations across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering clients in the UAE. You will lead the sales team to hit targets, expand the customer base, and ensure strong customer relationships with a focus on growth and market coverage.

The role requires 5-7 years in HORECA sales, with proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and solid knowledge of the UAE

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily HORECA sales operations, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering customers.
• Lead and monitor the HORECA sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor customer orders, product availability, deliveries, and payment collections.

• Coordinate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare daily and monthly sales reports, and track targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, and company sales policies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
• Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably in FMCG, bottled water, or beverage distribution.
• Previous experience in supervising and managing a sales team.
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE HORECA market.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively.
