Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience delivering major building projects, including at least 5 years in a Senior Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven track record on high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality or large commercial developments from construction through handover.
• Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, commercial management and stakeholder coordination.
• UAE or GCC project experience preferred, with excellent leadership, communication and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in the day-to-day leadership and delivery of the project, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate site construction, engineering, commercial and MEP teams to ensure efficient project execution and milestone achievement.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and resolving project challenges effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays and maintain project performance.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports and recovery plans to senior management, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
