ATGC Transport and General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of high-rise superstructure works in UAE. You will oversee core & shell construction, self-climbing formwork, PT slabs, vertical logistics, and coordination with civil builder's works, ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include managing formwork, rebar, pumps, tower cranes, and MCA/ITP adherence, while driving floor cycle targets and resolving NCRs with the supervision team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 15–20+ years of civil construction site experience in UAE.
• 10–12+ years as Construction Manager with a Main Contractor executing high-rise superstructure frames (G+30 to G+60+).
• Deep technical command of self-climbing jump-form systems, post-tensioned concrete, high-pressure vertical concrete pumping, climbing tower crane logistics, and high-rise civil builder's works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and project documentation platforms (Aconex/Procore).

Aufgaben

• Lead core & shell superstructure execution from ground floor to topping out.
• Direct vertical framing, self-climbing forms, PT slabs, and concrete pumping logistics.
• Oversee vertical logistics, crane operations, and material staging.
• Ensure QA/QC, ITPs, WIRs, NCR resolutions, and safety standards.
