Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, supervise, and deliver complex construction projects from start to close, coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams. You will monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources; review drawings and method statements; lead site activities; and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards.

A strong background in high-rise projects and licenses is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Not less than 10 years UAE construction experience as Project Manager.
Experience with high-rise building projects and complex developments.
Knowledge of UAE regulations and authority requirements.
Strong leadership and coordination on multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Review drawings, specs, method statements, and submittals for compliance.
Lead site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings and standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and track variances.
