Job summary

Abu Alnaga Contracting and Development in the United Arab Emirates seeks an Architectural Manager for high‑rise projects. You will lead architectural design coordination, manage technical teams, and ensure delivery of complex towers in line with project requirements and local codes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with structural, MEP, façade, and specialists; reviewing drawings; guiding design reviews; and mentoring architectural staff to uphold quality and regulatory compliance across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
10+ years of architectural experience.
High-rise building experience with towers, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Navisworks and related design software.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural activities for high-rise projects from design development through construction completion.
Oversee architectural teams, consultants, and coordinators to ensure efficient delivery.
Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade and specialist consultants for integrated designs.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority requirements and project specs.
Lead design reviews, technical meetings and coordination workshops with stakeholders.
Identify design conflicts and provide effective technical solutions during construction.
Monitor progress, quality and project timelines.
Support value engineering while maintaining quality.
Provide leadership and mentorship to architectural staff.
