aasa Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Civil Estimator with 5–10 years of experience to lead cost estimation for large infrastructure EPC bids. You will analyze tender drawings, prepare comprehensive estimates, and develop BOQs with high accuracy.

The role requires coordinating with procurement, planning, and site teams, evaluating supplier quotes, tracking market rates, and supporting bid strategy and post-tender negotiations. UAE experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5–10 years’ experience in civil infrastructure estimation; UAE experience preferred.
• Experience with EPC tendering and cost control is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze tender drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects in line with EPC standards.
• Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) and develop comprehensive BOQs with high accuracy.
• Develop detailed rate analyses for earthworks, excavation, pipelines, roads, and related civil works.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for best value.
• Identify scope gaps, design inconsistencies, risks, and commercial exposures in tender documents.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and summaries to support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, engineering, and site teams for accurate cost inputs.
• Support preparation of high-quality, competitive EPC tender submissions.
• Track market rates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract services for cost optimization.
• Assist in post-tender clarifications, value engineering, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain and continuously improve cost databases for benchmarking and optimization.
