Gulf Contractors Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Estimation professional to support infrastructure building projects. The role involves studying tender documents, preparing cost estimates based on BOQs and in-house calculations, and breaking down BOQ items into resources, materials, equipment, manpower and subcontractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimation for infrastructure building.

Responsabilidades

• Study and review tender documents thoroughly.
• Prepare cost estimations based on BOQs and in-house calculations.
• Break down each BOQ item into core resources, materials, equipment, manpower and subcontractors.
• Assess overhead costs considering project location, duration and contract requirements.
• Analyze major material items and major subcontractors by preparing comparison sheets.
• Raise queries for any clarification or information needed.
• Finalize cost estimates and ensure timely submission.
• Estimate variation orders for the company’s ongoing projects.
