Responsibilities

• Study and review tender documents thoroughly.
• Prepare cost estimations based on BOQs and in-house calculations.
• Break down each BOQ item into core resources, materials, equipment, manpower and subcontractors.
• Assess overhead costs considering project location, duration and contract requirements.
• Analyze major material items and major subcontractors by preparing comparison sheets.
• Raise queries for any clarification or information needed.
• Finalize cost estimates and ensure timely submission.
• Estimate variation orders for the company’s ongoing projects.
