M4 CONTRACTING S.A.R.I - ABU DHABI is seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer – Civil with 5–10 years of experience to prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring estimates align with budgets.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of estimation experience in civil construction.
• Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and tendering processes.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine material, labour, and equipment costs.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, budgets, and cost breakdowns.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost estimation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure estimates meet project requirements and budget targets.
