Job summary

FinSet is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to convert qualified opportunities into signed live merchants. Youll take over from our SDRs once a lead is qualified, run the commercial conversation from discovery to close, and build long-term relationships with our merchants and with the referral partners who send business our way.

This is a fully remote role with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 4 years in B2B sales or business development in payments fintech brokerage prop trading or iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with qualified merchants to understand volumes, licensing, and current payment setup.
• Scope the right solution for each merchant across payments, banking, licensing and entity structure.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals.
• Coordinate a smooth handover to onboarding and stay involved until live processing.
• Manage and grow existing merchant accounts and referral partner network.
• Coach SDRs on qualification and provide feedback on lead quality.
